Delete your Ondit account

In the app (iPhone or Android)

1. Open Ondit and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

On the web

1. Sign in at ondit.io.
2. Open your profile settings.
3. In the Danger Zone, choose Delete Account and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email support@ondit.iofrom the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: display name, name, bio, birthday, email, and profile photo
• Your lists and rankings, and who you follow and who follows you
• Your notifications, blocks, reports you filed, and account history
• Any active Ondit subscription is canceled
• Lists saved only on your device are removed from that device when you delete in the app

Deletion is permanent and we don't keep backups of deleted accounts.

What stays

• Images you uploaded for items or templates stay available to other people (they're no longer linked to you)
• Templates you published stay available, without your name, so other people's lists keep working
