By accessing or using Ondit (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website and our iOS and Android apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ondit. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You may not use another person's name or identity
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create on Ondit
• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, and display that content
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms
• Images uploaded cannot be deleted and may be used by other users for the same item or collection

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post illegal content
• Attempt to impersonate other users or entities
• Use automated systems to access the service without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Sell or transfer your account to another party

6. Community Standards and Objectionable Content

Ondit has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, upload, or share content (including lists, templates, item names, images, profile details, and display names) that:

• Is hateful, harassing, threatening, or bullying, or attacks people based on who they are
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous acts
• Is spam, misleading, or impersonates another person or organization
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Is otherwise illegal

You can report content or users from within Ondit, and you can block any user so you no longer see their content and they can no longer follow you. We review reports promptly, generally within 24 hours, and remove content that breaks these rules. We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that post it.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our service and its original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
• Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission
• You must respect others' intellectual property rights when using our service

8. Third-Party Links and Content

• Our service may contain links to third-party websites
• We are not responsible for third-party content or websites
• Your use of third-party services is at your own risk

9. Mobile Apps

• If you download Ondit from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms apply alongside the terms of that store
• These Terms are between you and Ondit, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, or support, or for any claims relating to it
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for apps downloaded from the App Store and may enforce them against you

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason
• You may delete your account at any time
• Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
